Yang Flow voor Yang Ming & Yin Yoga
Anoshe practices yoga & meditation since 1982, and has taught internationally. Her classes are based in Indian yoga, but Chinese meridian based Taoism. She guides safe, meridian- based alignment and directs the exploration between body and mind. In her Yin Yoga classes, she takes people deeply into the present moment using breath, finding ease in the poses, reconnect with deeper layers, restoring energy and offering deep relaxation. Her yang flows are created for a certain organ pair, to create rhythmic movement for more Chi Flow. Her style is creative, warm and feminine. She runs Stillnessinyoga in Doorn, together with her husband Nigam for Yin Yoga & Meditation Teachertrainings and other events.
